Report a translation problem
There are addons that make the map available inside the game but you still essentially do most of your interaction with the external application.

Edit: Though I'm only really talking about getting LNM inside MSFS, naturally, LNM reads data from MSFS and displays that accordingly.
That said, I'm not sure much would really have changed to break it that badly and it might be possible to edit some of the files to get it working. I do notice right away that you really don't want the build folder. but I suppose that's not the end of the world.
There is mention in the issues pull requests on GitHub that previously when someone had issue with things not displaying correctly in VR, they rebuilt the .spb file. This is why these files ended up being included. Potentially, setting up a project in dev mode and rebuilding it from these files in the current release might fix things.
