Anyone know if there a mod manager out for MFS 2020 yet?

you can probably use the latest incarnation of the nexus' mod manager. I think it's called Vortex. You'll have to set up the folder location. But otherwise it's a good mod manager with a built in download manager

There is also the famous JSGME modmanager and OvGM both can be found on the official DCS forums.
