Thrustmaster throttle quadrant TCA - max flaps and spilers setting by itself

Ok. So i have this weird issue with TM TCA Airbus quadrant.
Basically it's what is in the title. On all aircraft, flaps and spoilers (if they are there) set by itself, with no input on my side to max value. It happens like in random order, sometimes mid flight, almost always when taxing before takeoff.
It looks loke there is "ghost" flaps/spoilers add-on attached.
So, does anyone have seen anything this weird with TM TCA TH?
I have it calibrated and with latest firmware. Acutally i'm not 100% sure, but i think it may have started after FW update.
