Mouse wheel doesn't zoom the view in the update of Dec. 22, 2020

Brand new bug in the update.
Does not zoom the view in the cockpit or external view.
The mouse wheel works normally in other apps.
A bug fix is needed.

Does anyone have a temp work around for the new bug?

Assuming, your mouse profile is set to the default, and not a custom mouse profile.

I personally don't like zooming on mouse button. Because whenever I want to turn the knob using the mouse wheel, sometimes a turbulence will shake the camera and my cursor deviates from the knob or if I don't line up my cursor properly, I end up zooming in while I wanted to turn the knob.

So I just set myself to use focus and auto zoom. So when I need zoom, I just use the right click to focus zoom.

Mine zooms in External but never has done Internal. Check all binds against the Presets to try find any doubles which conflict. Some don't.

EDIT: I had left out the word NOT in the next sentence.

Zoom in and out does NOT work in Cockpit View or Eternal View.
Both the mouse (wheel up and wheel down) and keyboard (= and - keys) bindings are correct.
Problem started after the VR Update in December 2020.

The camera zoom binds are correct in Cockpit View and External View. The same as before:
Zoom-in - scroll wheel up, zoom-out - scroll wheel down.
Also the keyboard zoom keys don't work. = key to zoom-in, - key to zoom-out.
Because both the mouse and keyboard binds for zooming don't work the problem is not the peripherals.

Since I frequently use zoom in and out:
Any help would be appreciated.
