How do I get liveries when I can't download the operations center

There's a manual update fix I used myself:
Go to to C:\Users\{username} \AppData\Roaming\PMDG\PMDG Operations Center right click on OpsCenterUpdater.exe and select run as administrator​. This will update it to the new version

Why can't you download operations center? When I bought 737-600 It just installed with my aircraft.

It acquired a BUG to prevent the Auto-Update working in the previous version.

Try to turn off antivirus for a while and install.
