Can I buy SR22 after I buy the standard version?
The SR22 is part of the Premium package. But if I buy the standard version, can I buy the SR22 later?

You would need to upgrade. It's best you buy the edition you want right off the bat due to upgrade prices.

no but the premium one really is not worth it.

even if you buy the premium one the game keeps bugging you to buy the same content again from the marketplace

To make that clear: none of the premium and deluxe edtition aircraft can be bought seperately. You need to buy the edition they're part of, which is cheaper if you do so right off the bat as Maki said. So if you really want the SR22, you'll need to buy the premium deluxe edition.
