Little NavMap running and connected to MSFS 2020 but no icon in flight menu

Can anyone provide simple steps for setting up Little NavMap's icon in the overhead menu bar for flights? So far I cannot launch the LNM map during a flight without resorting to keyboard shortcuts like Alt-Tab--which brings up several active windows besides LNM at the same time. Not useful.

It doesn't do that without another addon. Google (although other internet search engines exist) something like, Little Nav Map MSFS Toolbar, or, Little Navmap VR Panel.
