I think Seattle is one of the areas they should have the best information about.
By chance did you try to preload that area with a manual cache to see if it is different?
Agreed about Seattle being one of the areas that they should have some of the best data for. As a local, it's a bit disappointing to see the downtown area looking so rough.
So to test it you need to delete the rolling cache (I think) then set up a manually selected Manual download region.
Worth a test.
I was able to get manual working for me, but I forget the exact steps, but I think that covers it.
