How do I delete all files
I have uninstalled the 2gb launcher through Steam but I cannot locate the 150gb I downloaded through the launcher. Where can I find and delete those?

HIt your windows key and type

%appdata%

Then hit enter.
In the window that opens, browse in to the Microsoft Flight Simulator folder.
Find the UserCFG.opt file and open it with a text editor, like notepad.
Scroll all the way to the bottom and look for the line that reads,

InstalledPackagesPath=

Whatever path it lists is where the game was last looking for and installing content. Browse there and manually delete it.

The package path give me a readout of "C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages".
However, I see no 'AppData' file in my user directory/

Appdata is hidden by default but fear not. The instructions I gave you previously took you there. That packages folder is in the same location as the config file you read the location from.

for me I just had to press the windows key, search %appdata% and find the file that said "Microsoft Flight Simulator," from there it would delete around 200 GB of unwanted files that the game took up, freeing my disk space. It may not work for you, but id did for me

That's because it is the default install location. However, it would be best to read the UserCFG.opt file prior to deleting it to be sure.

Why not do a Clean Install Of Windows :) that way you will get rid of all the garbage that has been accumulating :steamhappy:
