Is there a way to map increase/decrease vertical speed to a button?
VS mode or FLC mode, what are the +/- the game is talking about and where can you map them since + and - zoom in and out.

In VS mode, isn't it just a duplication of elevator trim up and down?
Is there a + and - adjustment in FLC?

they are labeled differently in different aircraft, but when you activate V/S mode, you will push those buttons/turn that knob to set + or - feet per minute, and when you activate FLC mode, you will push the same buttons to set aircraft speed. faster speed with same engine settings will be descend, slower speed will be climb
Yep I know the buttons in the glass cockpit, I want to assign them to my flight stick so I don't have to use the mouse to adjust target speed (FLC mode) or climb rate (VS mode)

I found it, Plus and Minus are under the Miscellaneous section in controls.

You still have to assign the Select Airspeed / Altitude / VSI bug as well since it doesn't automatically switch to the right thing when turn FLC or VS mode on. Anyway, much better than trying to chase the little knob with the mouse in a moving cockpit in the dark.

That reminds me, assign flood light on/off to the flight stick as well :)
Can't assign panel flood light but cabin lights are just as effective.

FLC will change you climb or descent rate dependant on your throttle position in respect to your select speed. So if you increase throttle when climbing, it will try to match your set speed and increase rate of climb. VS will climb/descent at the rate you tell it to. I do not use Flight Level Change, but rather Vertical Speed, as I am usually using Auto Throttle.
