On planes without, there might be a cruise power level (less than max) where the drift is not as bad.
This is why Autopilot was invented :) It's not cheating - pilots use it in RL all the time.
Rudder trim works as well, if the plane has it.
No, it doesn't... which makes it a pain to fly long distance (just like in real life lol... I know - I flew from Ottawa to Sudbury in a no-AP c172, and you have to keep on top of the heading at all times).
P-Factor is the aircraft torque-rolling against the spin of the prop. The faster the prop goes, the more P-Factor you get. Try to keep your throttle as low as you can get away with, and be very, very gentle with your throttle adjustments - that ought to help.
