Anyways, don't use any Overclock/Monitoring programs for GPU & CPU and all AntiVirus OFF.
Be sure your Drive is NTSF Formatted. Also that it has adequate cooling and you set Power to High Performance. Free up as much memory as you can and using Win10 Default Drivers for SOUND & MOUSE helps else they add bloatware. Have 24GB Virtual Page Memory for window switching.
Even on NVIDIA 30 Series cards they can overheat even in the Menu which has a higher load than the Game itself.
Other ppl have had issues with M.2 so you may need to resort to a 2nd SSD which is only 2fps less and 5secs extra loading time. I do and keep my ROLLING CACHE on the M.2 as it was far better.

and you can try this
The solution is to reinstall GamingServices and GamingServices.net. Go to regedit and delete two items there regarding the gamingservices and then rebot your computer. Be careful when editing anything in the registry.
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE_, system , currentControllSet, Services
Remove the Gamningservices and the GamningServices.Net
Restart the computer and go to the windows store and check for updates
