certain airports won't load

some airports ( seems to be a lot of them ) when i try to depart from or near them i click FLY and the load bar fully finishes but nothing happens it just stays on the load screen and i have to end task to get out of it, but other airports load fine...

how much ram do you have? what settings are you using?

which airports? are they particularly big?

have you tried it without online, or multiplayer enabled?

i have 32GB ram, using mostly High settings, i know KBOS doesn't work and St petersburgh florida doesn't work, KPIT works everytime so it doesn't seem to be a size thing, i've tryed without multiplayer, not sure how to try in offline mode?just sign out?

i was thinking trying it without online data, so no streaming stuff. Turn off the bing stuff. Just curious to see if its a data thing on their end. If that doesn't change it you know its not the internet.

may not change anything but we know sometimes their servers are wonky.

Nah it still does the same thing in Offline mode...

only things i can think of, are if you care to experiment. Like spawning near them but not at them, and flying to them to see what happens... if it lets you.

or checking the content manager if they are special airports and deleting the content...

but if they aren't special airports you won't be able to do that.

i have tryed spawning in the air near them it wouldn't let me, i'll have to try flying to one of them...yea i know KBOS (Boston) doesn't work pretty sure that's not a special airport...maybe it will get fixed in the update next week...i hope

So i flew to KBOS which doesn't allow me to spawn in, and i landed successfully, but the game crashed trying to go back to the main menu...

Suwon in South Korea crashes me on two different computers. I decided to try it again since you had issues with specific airports. It crashed on me several times no matter the craft I picked. And its crashing on a different computer too.

So yeah, I guess they have some bugged airports. I'm going to check the offical forums to see if there is a thread.

That sucks, the thing is the airports all worked for me until i had about a total of 70 hrs of gameplay in, then the game decided to crash and ever since then i can't spawn in to certain airports... and you can't verify game files just the launcher verify's

can you try RKSW, see if it lets you load? I am going to try KBOS right now and update this post accordingly.

KBOS loads for me...

OK, so we need some tool to purge certain bits of data. I haven't been able to get RKSW to load for days, but KBOS works fine for me.

It's odd that RKSW doesn't work for me on two different computers.

yea that's weird, some of the airports that let me in crash the sim when trying to go back to the main menu. Really hoping this gets fixed in the update. If we were able to verify all game files i think it would fix it but i click verify game files and it take like 3 seconds so it's not verifying all files

verify game files ONLY works for the steam files.

we need a way to verify the MS specific stuff which is the 90+ gb
