How Do I Minimize MSFS 2020 while flying ?

Hello Guys,
I have a problem , I am reading a Manual and would like to apply certain examples from the manual into the game but whenever I open
MSFS2020 I can not find a way to minimize the game so that I can read the manual steps and then return to the game . Right now the only option I have is to completely exit the game to get back to my desktop then read more of the manual then re-open the game from scratch and I have to wait a long time for the game to load again and start over a fresh. There must be a way that I do not have to exit and reload the game every time I go to the manual on my C Drive ?

Or run it in windowed mode then you have access to the task bar all the time and you can minimise the game if you want. That works fine for me .
Recommend you exit the game from the game though rather than just pressing the X

^^^^ this, I'm constantly reading manuals, airport info from the internet etc while flying, works fine

Please note, there's a bug when you minimize it, making it consume even more GPU resources, up to 100%

I suggest you just make it into a windows, in the options, or using alt+enter.
and then alt+tab to the window you want to see.

You might be able to just do the alt+tab part.
