You can change the size of the Rolling Cache file and where it is to be located from within the Options/Data screen....also can choose to delete it from within there too.
If you choose not to use 'Rolling Cache' then you will need a good (fast) internet connection as it will be continually streaming in the data.

yes,i have 50mbps internet, but my ssd is only 60 GB left and it consume from 20-39 GB in just 2 days, can i just delete the .CCC files from the folder??

Better to delete it from within Options...then you can also set it to NOT USE a Rolling Cache. or reduce the allocated size of it to something like 5 - 10 GB.

okay" what does rolling cache do ?
Biggles 21 AGO 2020 a las 2:08 p. m.
It caches the area you are flying in....so that it doesnt have to continually stream it.

Turn it off in the sim so it doesn't for some reason try to recreate it later ^_^

so if im not using rolling cache,my scenery will look more fantastic than using rolling cache?right?
Biggles 21 AGO 2020 a las 3:37 p. m.
Nope, It will look the same - but will have to stream in every time you start a flight and fly over a new area. Fine if your internet speed is good and the connection doesn't drop - if the connection drops, you'll be plumped to Off-line mode (because you have no cache).

so,what is the "normal" rolling cache should i put?5,10,15,20 Gb etc?
zuxt 21 AGO 2020 a las 3:43 p. m.
and final conqlusion that rolling cache is only for bad internet connection?? " thx for helping me out :steamhappy: "
Biggles 21 AGO 2020 a las 3:44 p. m.
As much as you are happy to assign to it..... If you predominantly fly in a highly populated (with buildings) area then you will need a larger cache (maybe 10GB minimum)....if you fly mostly around small towns, or anywhere not saturated with buildings , then say 5GB ....but the more you can spare to assign, the better.

Yes, you can specify the Rolling Cache location in the 'Options/Data' menu under 'Rolling Cache Path' ...also specify the size to be allocated.
