"The procedure entry point CoIncrementMTAUsage could not be located in the dynamic link library ole32.dll."
After doing some investigating, I have a theory that steam is not allowing people with Windows 7 to download the correct installer.

This error is occurring because the installer is trying to use CoIncrementMTAUsage in ole32.dll which was only introduced in the Windows 8 API.

This issue is solved by using the microsoft store as it downloads the correct installer for the correct operating system?

Thoughts? Anyone experiencing the same issue?

I would imagine this has something to do with the game/sim requiring windows 10 and not being compatible with either windows 7 or 8, as it says on the Minimum System Requirements.
