Yes... very quiet about (world) updates... just how I imagined... bad politics
We get Airac updates. As far as the rest of the sim I'm ok with them leaving it alone for now. The less they touch, the less they can break.

I guess MS & Asobo need all hands on deck to solve the four trillion bugs in 2024.
And, like a book, software is never 'done'. It is just abandoned. Sometimes good enough is, well, good enough. And then you move on.

I mean one of my fav games from Nintendo is RC Pro Am. Completely abandoned and the studio is likely gone. But it is still a fantastic game and my fave. Being abandoned or old has no bearing on that. Good games never die.

This game is almost wholly dependent on azure servers, it most certainly WILL die at some point in the not too distant future.

Don't blame it the drivers. Plenty of us running with no issues on the latest drivers. Check your system.

Apparently you did not read nor comprehend any of my post.

But didn't Asobo have a contract with MS to keep this game supported for ten years with updates and patches, so in theory, up until 2030 but then out of the blue, MS-2024 gets released which nobody expected at all so who knows what will happen now with 2020.

I refuse to purchase MS-2024 due to the amount of fixing it needs and until that happens, PMDG won't allow their aircraft to be ported over.
That's good news for slow net speed users. Might be a good time to pick it up
