This is the path the game uses / looks at for both official and community content.
For your current situation, I suspect it has defaulted back to and installed the game inside this same directory (as in appdata/roaming). Copy the contents of the path above to your desired location and edit the path appropriately so that the path listed contains the Community and Official folders.
