How do we start a flight with everything cold?

I can't seem to find this anywhere.

We're in the middle of august. Wait until winter.

You have to start in a parking location, you can't start on the runway. Then it will be cold and dark.

Zoom in closer to the airport and find a parking dot and choose that. ^_^

could be easier, but that will work.

What about the small generic airfields with just the runway, but no parking spots - example: my local field EPWS.
