Stuck On Blue Line

I went to install the game and it said I didn't have enough space so I closed out the game and swapped my drives now I started up the game it said "Checking for updates" Now I am just stuck with a blue line at the bottom not moving at all? I uninstalled and re-installed and the same thing?

For me it just worked after ending tasks such as Discord and Logitech in the Task Manager.

After you get the blue line just close the game and reopen it. You should get an update.

i think you are downloading... it's just going to be that slow due to size

Check these discussions this is everywhere. Restart the launcher

EXIT steam, then restart and hit Play, and it will pop up a new screen with "Get updates". The download will then start.

uninstall game quit steam re-open and re-download launcher and you should be able to download the 90gb update working for me right now

Everyone saying "Restart" I did... I even uninstalled the game too and still stuck on the same thing.

Close the application and retry until it works. I had to restart it several times.
