i dont get why there is such an anti preorder if i pay 60 now its the same as paying 60 later only difference is i dont have to do it later and if there is a preload i dont have to download it day of
Pre-orders normally include bonus cosmetics that expire after couple of weeks release. It's a way for game producers to test the waters, and pre-orders are included in Steam stats too.

OP: Think of a pre-purchase as less of a statement or a stake, but in a lot of cases - a simple, inevitable and tedious transaction to get out of the way.
