I've been flying nightly missions with the free career addon NeoFly 4, which adds purpose and consequences to flying around in the digital world. My current 'airline' is just me and a Cessna 152 (I'm using the JP Logistics modded version) but I'm slowly building up my finances, my certifications, and my experience points. I'm about to rank up for a wider variety of jobs. NeoFly 4 also has a mode where you can fly any aircraft in your sim's hangar.
