Manual checklist?
How do i start a flight with the engine off so i have to do the startup and checlist my self?

Go to the game options and assists.

I tried every option in assist. It doesn't change anything for me

Yeah make sure you aren't starting on the runway. I've noticed when doing that the engine is already running, and when you start from a parking spot the engine is off.
