500 AGL at takeoff?
Hi guys,
when i take off from an airport, the objectives get "stuck" at "complete initial climb to 500 feet agl". what does that mean? on my altimeter i am at like 5000 (feet?) what do i have to do to complete this part of the takeoff?
thanks for any hints

500ft Above Ground Level (AGL)

thanks, now i know what agl stands for ;) but my altimeter reads 5000, shouldnt that clear this objective? i'm waiting for it to guide me to my next waypoint

Are you sure it's AGL? Unless you're in an area that is completely flat your height above the ground is always going to change. Your altimeter reading 5,000 feet is above sea level, not ground level.

If the airport elevation is 5000ft, initial climb to 500ft AGL means climb to 5500ft and maintain that altitude.
