How do you set a custom altitude when setting a custom departure point ?
I want to practice my approach at an airport so i set a CUSTOM departure point about 5 miles from a runway , I then click the arrival airport and flight plan is created but my custom departure altitude is way to high, how do you change it? I want to set it at 3000 feet so I can practice approaches but cant see where to do change it?

You can try using the navlog button to set your altitude or you can just enter slew mode and do it yourself.

If you have not changed your key binds I think slew mode is activated with the Y key but probably best to just go the control options and filter for slew to see what is what.

Once you load in to the flight, hit active pause and then press Y to enter slew mode. F1 and F4 will change your altitude. Then you can press Y again to exit slew mode.

That's the default keys at least...I think.
