MSFS high cpu usage

Msfs seems to have a high cpu usage constantly, it ends up stuttering and crashing and becoming unplayable. It happens worst in the air, I have tried lowering the graphics settings but it hasn't changed, for example, it happens in aircraft like the pmdg 737 and the atr, mainly even all aircraft even like the asobo ones. It never used to stutter even with all my ad-dons running. I use navigraph and volanta and pacx. I have also watched some videos but it doesn't work. Any help from anyone would be appreciated. It has only started at May.

Do you use live traffic?

If turning off live traffic doesn't work, then try turning down air and ground traffic. Also complex plane systems like the 737 can add to the lag issues.

It likely isn't a matter of one thing. It is all the things the CPU is forced to compute.

Sounds like a typical case of not having deleted your rolling cache after an update. In some cases that causes issues like this. Either renew or entirely disable it.

Another possible explanation would be overheating - your issues started as summer came around, maybe your PC just cannot handle the the heat. If it isn't the cache then the next thing I'd check are your temperatures.

I don't use any traffic, I used to even be able to get good fps even with fsltl. No traffic being used at all.

I don't experience stutters using FBW FSLTL AI Traffic with 250 IFR setting, except when in the vicinity of big scenery mods with high textures like London and Frankfurt.

Note fsdt GSX Pro is also consumes lots of resources and their manual recommends turning off GSX in flight between airports.

Please post the CPU, GPU, RAM and Disk usage when stuttering is occuring.
Also please post your PC specifications including Windows version.
