The stock Cessna 152 doesn't have this however a mod for it does. In the Cessna 172 with the G1000 NXi the lighting is controlled via the knobs below the master and avionics switch. In the steam gauge version the lighting is controlled via the knobs to the left of the throttle.

The free WBSim/JP Logistics mod for the classic c152 is really worth getting. I had to sign up for the WBSim Discord to download the current version. Start here; https://flightsim.to/file/2246/jplogistics-c152-enhancement-mod

I like the C152 so much that I just bought the JP Logistics enhancement for the classic C172 at JustFlight this weekend. Unfortunately the C172 enhancement doesn't add door, window, and visor animations but it is an electrical system overhaul so IIRC it does fix cabin lighting.

If you want animations similar to the C152 mod in a C172, check out the free improvement mod by Bagolu for the C172 (G1000):

You sure on the c152? I'm certainly I've seen lights in there. I only have the stock one. I'll have to log into the game in a bit and see.
