To go from Standard to Premium Deluxe is $85.
And going from Deluxe to Premium Deluxe is $100.
Edit: If you want to check the game out for whatever reason before committing, get a cheap gamepass trial.
That depends. You likely cannot buy 10 aircraft and 10 airports for $60 of similar standard / quality. Yes, there's a difference in 3rd party functionality most of the time but diminishing returns apply. For a person who does not care about functional circuit breakers and all the little details that set third party products apart, the default aircraft might serve a purpose.
On top of this, some of the config files are now unencypted so some tweaks are easily achieved to improve them.
