Hi,All,great game but went to download the new helicopter and it charged me twice 2 £29.95.cannot for the life of me get anything back from support,i am going round in circuls. totally useless.not buying anything now as it might happen again.help wanted please.

11 days on and several support letters and still not got my overcharged £29.94.to say i am annoyed is an understatement.

This is why I Never buy anything from the Marketplace. You either don't get what you payed for or you get double charged and they refuse to refund their error.

ALLWAYS have Steam overlay turned on when buy from the Marketplace.
I had the same issues before, but no problems with the Steam Overlay turned on.

How is lack of Steam overlay supposed to cause double charging?

In fact, if you don't have Steam overlay enabled, you are not even able to purchase anything.

I can beat that. I upgraded to the full featured version, I think it’s called “The Premiere Deluxe Edition” mainly so that I could get a steam dial version of a Cessna 172, which in my opinion is a crime for not including in the core game. The upgrade was $96 dollars. I was charged an additional $100. I tried to dispute this and got nowhere. So I paid $196 dollars total. I also had to spend $315 on new joysticks, rudder pedals and throttle control just to be able to control fly / taxi any aircraft. No I don’t have double bindings. It’s reasons like this that are luring me away from this “toy software” and back to a true flight sim like “X-Plane.” Not happy at the moment.

I have a feeling I know why it wasn’t included in the Standard Edition and it goes back to FSX over a decade ago but that’s a topic for another thread.
