Or you could search for the airport in google beforehand....
Seems to be a lazy addition just as there is no Roles except Free Flight and use this as an Engine to build your own use with. That is shortsighted for longevity from Microsoft to have this approach.
I mean-- Lol as this is a flight sim-- a pilot would know these things, they would use outside resources. Considering that flying with players as acting ATC uses third party apps- Third party software is what makes or break flightsims. Look at any other flight sim.
Welcome to the community.
I think the game was designed without country/borders and there can be many reasons for this.. example they saved time making such a feature = money
And the programmers could work on more important things.
Example the game have many bugs
Maybe someday they will implement country names and borders on the map.
Microsoft need butts kicked.
I recommend giving https://skyvector.com/ a try to get an idea of what you are looking for. Real pilots use this site and it's free. Here you can find all the info you need in regards to airports, airways, and approach/departure charts. I noticed that Skyvector does not list the countries on the big map. My guess is they assume you know where you are/going?
This is how it's done in the real world. As a flight sim there is nothing to "heed" at Microsoft. They give us a fairly good flight planner in the sim. More than that is a waste of available resources already available elsewhere.
Just try looking at North Korea. RKOK R 107? At least you can land huh.
So did you start the thread asking a question you now claim to know the answer to? Because that's what it's looking like. And that would be the actions of someone trolling.
