NEoFly questions
When you create your profile and select a airport are you tied exclusively to that airport for missions? Do i have to create a new pilot profile each time i want to fly from new airports?

No your not. So you start at airport A and your flight takes you to airport B . So your aircraft is now at airport B . You then select what challenge or fight to the next airport. I have never been back to my home airport ever and you end up going all round the world. I currently have a fleet of 5 Caravans, TBM 930 and 2 x Beachcraft 350i . As you have to hire pilots for the other aircraft in your fleet you don’t need FS2020 running so you can be earning money all the time. Obviously the aircraft you pilot yourself needs to be connected to FS 2020 when you fly. As I said before its great fun and gets you everywhere. More suited for the gamer rather than the diehard flight simmer. I love it and have 5 mill in the bank--dream on haha

No I don't believe that would work based on my knowledge of how neofly works. You must finish the mission in a single session.

Well to some extend you can if you start a flight in Neofly and FS2020 and then save the flight in FS2020 but leave Neofly open (as there no save function in Neofly). You can restart FS2020 and reload the saved file and Neofly seems to pick the flight up again. This only works if you leave Neofly open which I do all the time as it uses very little resources on your PC
