I've run into the Battery buttons not working. It is intermittent on some ramps/gates.
Workaround: Try a different gate/ramp at the airport.
Cause: Some of the ramps have disgruntled ground crew sabotaging planes! Confuse them by teleporting away
Blank MFDs
Workaround: turn up the brightness knob for the display.
Cause: A ghost is with you and randomly changes it to keep you on your toes.
Mach/Speed button doesn't work
Workaround: Deal with it!
Cause: Real air persons set their speed in knots and like it!
Engine Shutdown
Workaround 1:
Leave the APU on
Workaround 2: Some people say that turning on the x-feed and turning off the left pump on start up fixes that.
Cause: Covid-19
AP won't autoland consistently
Workaround: Fly the plane!
Cause: Asobo programmers hate QA work.
And fuel ok
Thank you. I give these a try.
I wonder ..is there a way to save over the A320 as it is before that patch like backup the cfg files and put them somewhere after the patch maybe?
https://github.com/flybywiresim/a32nx
affected too?
The same problems after the patch with and without the mod
if you start at the runway whit runing engines NO shutdown here this is veeeeeery whierd.you can also leave the apu & bleed on but that is not realistic and will cost extra fuel
I see it that way: Sometimes as a pilot you have to help yourself with workarounds. So it is not that dramatic unrealistic.
I believe I even read an air crash investigation where Pilots intentional let the APU on from the start and during the whole flight because of a mallfunction in the plane. Don't know the defect anymore but I believe to remember that that APU caused a much worse problem during flight later..started burning or soemthing because of another defect.. and crashed the plane.
Back to the subject.. for me it more sound like the engine 1 has a bleeding or fuel pump problem the way that it can't run without additional help (APU bleeding, fuel cross feed)
