Pilot Avatars.

Are you disappointed in the choice of pilot avatars? There is not one avatar that I feel represents me. It's only a small thing and not that important in the grand scheme of things but hey, I'm entitled to an opinion right? What about you?

I personally don't mind but I think changing the avatar would be much easier to mod than detailed cockpits. The foundation is already there. A modder will probably just swap the rather bland characters for a more interesting one. Considering that MFS20 has attracted people from other genres don't be surprised if you see sexy anime schoolgirls sitting next to you. ^^

I would prefer to be completely invisible at all times. I don't care at all about "being represented" in a sim where you'll be flying in first person 99% of the time anyways... And I'm tired of the bugs where your avatar will suddenly appear in first person view with your camera stuck inside of them, messing up your view...

Yes but many people do like to have pilot avatars for when taking screenshots or simply viewing when in external mode otherwise the aircraft looks like it's flying by itself with nobody in it.

I have noticed that the avatars were a bit too trendy or urbanite for me. They're fine but I wish for better personalisation in future.

What bugs me more is that the co-pilot disappears when we're in-cockpit. Really not a fan of that. Don't think there's a way to fix it, yet? Either put them in the plane or don't...

"Woke" should be avoided. Just like AIDS, Herpes and VD. Avatars set to OFF is always a good thing.

Honestly, i was expecting static FSX style pilots, so the pilot figures were a step up from what i was expecting when the sim released, and i've come to like that we can choose a pilot figure.

What does suprice me though, is that nobody's made a pilot pack. Why not? That seems like such an obvious addon to make for this sim.
I've seen same basic retextures, but what i mean is a really useful pack with lots of stuff.

Here's what i would love to see for this sim: First up a big'ol pilot pack, obviously. And i'm not just talking lots of different faces/hair/skintones, but also useful outfits to go along with them, so corpo-jet uniforms, casual clothes, WWII flight gear, ye-olde bomber-jacket and leather helmet, modern military flight suits, all the stuff you might need.

And then, i'd love to see a selection box added to the plane menu, similar to how we can customize our callsign and append "heavy" to it and all that, i'd want a checkbox that lets us pick a pilot figure for this plane, so we could pick something appropriate without having to go to the main options menu and do it globally.

Now that would be swanky.
