Forget the CD, just plug it into the USB port. Windows should automatically detect / download. If it doesn't, go to Logitech's website.
I'm playing with my own Logitech Extreme 3D Pro, works great! As long as it's the one that plugs in via USB, it should work.
Your Digital 3D is not included in this list. So I don't think it's compatible with Windows 10.
This is a 22 years old product. I wonder how or why you got this particular product? Given that the Extreme 3D pro is the cheapest that you can find that's still in production.
Don't it will works with Win10. I am using Thrustmaster Warthog Hotas now to play the game.

Doesn't hurt to try it, it either works or it doesn't.
Kb389 might have received a slightly different model, or one that is no longer functional. It's a product that has been on the market for a very long time. My own stick is pretty loose and has a button that no longer works. It's also pretty old, might just get a new one.
