Yes?

I don't know about more realstic. But at least I can fly a Cessna 172 without the damn radios bugging out! Sit on the ground for 5 minutes, the GPS displays start flashing, radios turn off and you can no longer contact ATC

Did your battery die? lol

You can't sit without the engine running. The battery is good for starting the engine, and that's it. Magnetos keep the engine running, which is where there are two magneto switches before the starter. A running engine generates power to the dashboard.

FSX it's a toss up, but X-Plane 11 was really who they needed to best to be the "best" flight simulator, and at least as of today, they did not do that.

For actual flight simulation, X-Plane 11 remains a much better product, but far worse in graphics. It's a real shame we couldn't have both.

Maybe X-Plane 12, but it might arrive when Half Life 3 releases.

So you sat on the ground either without your engine running or without the alternators being turned on with all the electrics on then wondered why your batteries were dead?

X-Plane is the more realistic over FSX and FS2020.

Seems to be an issue with my yoke. I'll look into further, could be a button issue. Issue isn't happening with my HOTAS. Never had this happen in FSX, even starting cold/dark

As for IFR, how can a flight sim be released without IFR? I mean, airliners fly at altitudes where VFR is basically useless.

No lol

Why do you guys always compare a game thats been out for 15 years vs a game thats been out for a day.

Flight Sim X has been a polished.. And it was pretty bad on release day too.. Lots of people could not even play it either..

Wait, this is early acces? O_O

I thought a game release is a finished product. I'm so confused right now...

MFS2020 has everything it needs to beat XPlane 11 and I'll eat my hat if it hasn't done so inside of a year. But, at the moment, XPlane and P3D both offer a better flight model than MFS2020.

Look forward to the photo of that.

No. But none are the same as really flying. FSX with a couple hundred dollars of add ons is pretty decent. (scenery & study lever planes) But also has a bunch of issues too big one - 32bit memory limit. The included planes in this are WAY better then the ones included with FSX.
