70€ is crazy

The normal price of a AAA release is 60€ in Europe, wtf Microsoft? Stop trying to force game pass on us, the MS Store is terrible with its folder locks and download issues.

MS games are selling very well when they're not overpriced (Sea of Thieves and Halo MCC don't have this extra premium pricing) so what's up with this? Europeans shouldn't buy this, don't let 70€ become a new standard.

Well, your typical AAA game offers 50-100 hours of playtime (maybe less). I played FSX (non-Steam version) for hundreds of hours. If MFS2020 is anything like that, I happily pay 70€ for it.

That's not the point, you dingdong. Microsoft has a habit of releasing their new games on Steam for €70 in Europe, while the US pricing stays neatly at $60. The discrepancy here is what's ridiculous.

The point isn't 70€ in a vacuum, it's in relation to the US standard of 60$. Everyone else is paying more for no other reason than greed.

But regardless of the price for the Premium it will be bought. Because all the addons i had bought for P3d its like 10x the price. So it is a bargain :)

Nope. There are too many things to do with advanced physics but they also bring real planes to the game. Designing them realistically, adding realistic sound effects etc. There are 4835838583 cases.

Yep it is the same as a regular game. You can deny as much as you want, nothing will change. It's called game development.

If you don't like the price don't buy it, but there are plenty of others who have been waiting a long time for the next MS Flight Sim and for them its well worth it even at 100+ eur.

Plus if you played the Alpha/Beta, this is well beyond any previous Flight Simulator and well worth the price if you are into Flight Sims.

This sim is at quite bad place. It's too cheap for what it is when you are simmer and know how much those things cost.
If you are just plain gamer then this game is insanely expensive because gamers won't spend as much time in sims as simmers will and won't buy addons. They only see game.

I would pay for DLC where you can do maintenance and have "your own" plane where you take care of it, refuel it, do maintenance repairs etc. Not simming but more like complete aviation hobby.
