Is this the same Namcot Collection that was released in Japan on the Switch?

I'll be perfectly honest, the main reason this has even caught my attention was because according to the store pages on the Xbox One and Switch versions of the game, the developer is listed as B.B. Studio CO, LTD., the same developers that has worked on the Gundam Battle Operation and Super Robot Wars franchises.

If i want B.B. Studio to keep making PC games, should I still get this?

Different lineups. A few of the text heavy Japanese games were left out. (Megami Tensei and such)
