Of course the AI frequently cheats, it's painfully obvious. It's part of the experience, I guess.

lol seems? this is some of the worst cheating I've seen by an AI in a game ever.

its odd because I used to have this on one of my older gameboys so I picked it up on PC, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the PC Ai cheats like crazy.

Oh yes, the beauty of this game is that you're playing against an AI which can see the future.

Oh.. it cheats. I've was scolded quite a bit for making a topic about it's blatant cheating. There's no way it's luck is *that* good.

Glad that I'm not the only one who noticed this.

I played on normal and I'm just tired of the fact that the AI is constantly knocking out chain moves and apparently knows exactly which chips will be the next because almost always it is part of his chain.

This is the reason why I stopped playing this game on my PSP and switched to Puzzle Quest 2 on Android which is much better.

Embarrassing to admit but after being frustrated by the one sided nature of battles I let the AI suggest a move first. Often the results seem much better! I do this then decide if I want to take the move or cast a spell.

Without a doubt, the developers clearly didn't limit the AI's vision to the elements that are actually visible. But then, once you've got a set of powerful, complementary spells, you can cheat in your own way. I'm tearing them to shreds by the endgame and they rarely get to make any moves.

Put another way, "Go ahead and cheat. It'll make your defeat all the more shameful."

game is hard asf compared to puzzle quest 2, but it feels more rewarding when you win a battle
