The laggy buggy messy version, the new expansion is neat, if hilariously balanced, but The Legend Returns is not a good version overall
Oh and they changed the board graphics and its frankly kinda ugly

i was wondering why it wasn't on steam, also idk why its considered bad, i haven't found any problems yet, save for the quest against the wooden golem

They do weird decisions when it comes to these games. The first game was unavailable in a lot of regions for years. Today, I searched for the second game and they removed it from all stores except for Microsoft Store if you wanna play it on your Xbox. They even removed it from the Google Play Store and according to some folks you can't play it on Play Store anymore even if you've bought it before which should be illegal. I actually bought the game on Play Store too but haven't tried to launch it there yet since I learned it doesn't work anymore.

The Legend Returns should definitely come to Steam.

If Nintendo had an exclusivity deal with the devs, it must have long since expired by now. In case PQ3 doesn't pan out (I don't have high hopes) it would be nice to have a complete version of PQ1 as an alternative without having to shell out for a Switch to play.
