So is it true that you won't get any rewards out of doing the event achievements unless you have Mr.Foster from 2 years ago?

it does say in the description for the mrs punkd achievement that you need the punk achievement. so, yes. You can get the old achievements right now though, so its not that bad.

i just restarted playing at the start of the summer sale and you can unlock steam punk mrs foster,to get her you first have to complete 10 of the 2011 summer achievements to unlock steam punk mr. foster (punk'd achievement)

then complete 4 of this year's achievements

so that's 14 achievements + complete a long abusement park map on normal difficulty + complete steamland map in objective mode on normal difficulty & steamland map on regular mode on normal difficulty = 17 achievements

completing the 3 maps is the hardest,once you get those 3 achievements the rest can be picked up pretty easily

you have to do it all before the end of the summer event on july 22 when all the enemies default back to their regular appearance,or else you'll have to wait until next summer
