Why cant I get Punk'd achievement?

I am trying to get the Mr. Punk achievement for the 2013 Summer event to unlock character. Now I have unlocked the following four for Summer Slideshow 2013:

Hide and go Puke
Arcade Gamer
Guardian Assault Protector
Extended Motion Protector

Now that I have those four it says you also need to get the Punk'd achievement which I have the following 10:

Ringmaster
Sparring with a Master
Seeing Double
Clearing Clown Alley
The Big Hunt
Lifting a Dumbell
Small Hands
Windjammer Enthusiast
Taking Down the Big Top
Burning up the Midway

However I did not get the Punk'd acheivement. Am I missing something?

umm you might be missing the map achivment which is complete a game on normal or hard etc

yea you are just checked your profile your missing the map completion of it

I had the same issue yesterday :P It was because I didn't play abusement park on normal. Once you do that you'll get steampunk Mr. Foster
