How do you unlock Mr. Foster?
It says do the new achivements, but what are those?

For Steampunk Mr. Foster you need these[kf-wiki.com] (At least 10 Summer Sideshow 2011 Achievements + AbusementPark map achievement) and after you unlock Steampunk Mr. Foster (Punk'd Achievement) you can unlock Steampunk Mrs. Foster and here is guide on how to unlock her. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=157493315

If you mean regular Mr Foster, (as in the one in the black suit, blue tie and white gasmask) you'll need to buy him in the Nightfall Character DLC.

I unlocked punk foster earlier... i only have one of the 4 unlocked for mrs foster, and i don't see me getting it.

They aren't too hard. If you're worried about not getting her, play through the map on Beginner. You have until the 23rd if you've bought the game, anyway.
