buying cut version and playing uncut

as an adult german player my nanny state still wont allow me to buy the uncut version of this game from steam...
is there any possibility to change to an uncut version by installing a blood patch or writing a few numbers into an .ini-file?
and if i do so, might i get banned for bypassing the system?

Geht und ist für jeden leicht zu machen :
1. Geht in deinen Steam ordner unter -->Steamapps-->Common-->Killing Floor
2. Dann in den Ordner System
3. Dort suchst du die Killingfloor.ini Konfigurationsdatei
4. Öffnen mit Wordpad oder Editor
5. Soweit runter bis du zu [Engine.Engine] kommst und in die nächste Zeile kommt : bdevgoreoverride=True
Speichern und fertig.
