It's stuck on 0/10 for years... How to obtain it? Any suggestions?

If you play demo long enough and have a m32 or m79 for hours you are bound to get it eventually.

Play during times the game is on sale or free weekend. More new player to sucumb to the hordes.

I dont know .... I got this achievement long time ago.
Cuz when zeds kill a player, they usually target another player instead of feeding the corpse.

it's bugged achivement, go youtube and watch vid how to make it.
but we were trying it with friend for 3h and ho has now 5/10 (killed at least 100 feeding zombies on my dead body, we are sure they were eating)

I eventually got it by joining games with other players as Firebug. Go off by yourself and get surrounded. Just before you die, drop some fire grenades. You die, zeds start feeding, grenades go off, zeds die, counter goes up.

I use fire grenades in case they go off before I die as it still takes a little time for zeds to die from the DoT.

I should also mention you cannot do this achievement solo.

its very buggy and takes a long while.

It is not buggy at all. The problem is that if specimens see you, they will not feed on the dead one but target other players. Just wait behind a corner. I did with a friend, it took 15 mins at max. Helped others with it many times.
You need to kill them instantly while they are feeding. After the first shot they will stop.

ok reading the forums found a easy way to do, just did it right now, so you go to a server with players on it, choose a map with rooms, so you can get isolated from other players cuz like said by others, if the zeds see other players they will not feed on bodies..

the best is biotic labs because players stays on the 1st floor normally

anyway go for a normal level server,

choose medic perk and go down to the down floor next to the shop (the double room with the grade floor) wait until 4-5 crawlers spawn...

kill eventually bloats and siren that appears...

once you get surrounded look to the ceil... when you are about to die throw ur granades as fast as you can... the time between the granade hit the ceil and the floor the zeds will feed on you and you will get the kills.... do it 2-5 times and its done...
