Can't Move!!!

Okay so heres my problem, recently got a new pc and installed KF again, great! get back to playing the old game we all love. WRONG! Well to some degree. Loading solo or multi i cannot move from the spawn location, can still shoot and use the mouse but becomes a problem when I run out of bullets and can't grab ammo.....you can guess what happens next.

I can ensure you the following;

1) The keyboard is plugged in. (how else am i typing this)
2) All settings are set to default, (yes i played with them to trying to see if by some Merical I found the 'move legs button' but nope, i can jump ecstatically that is it, even more so when a fleshpounder is sighted!!!
3) I have uninstalled and re installed, twice.
4) I have also verified and repaired (not much point when newly installed but we're getting desperate here)
5) I have also removed mods and ran it without them.

So, any suggestions are welcome even comical ones to help pass time, (suggesting something similar to juggling cats and playing the ukulele will most certainly tickle my funny bone).

Problem Solved \o/, after some searching on the internets i found having any software that performs a key logger will lock you 'WASD' keys or will intercet your input and wont let game programs respond, gues what! i had a key motha logging piece of software.

let the zeds hed roll again,

I have this problem too, but with my alt account when I log onto that, WASD keys don't work but the arrow keys as movement keys work perfectly fine!

Strange as in my case, it only appears when I log into my alt account and try to play some KF1 with that, but my main account is fine. Does that mean I have a keylogger?

Also why does a key logger malware/software lock the WASD keys, do you know? And what was your key logger software caused by?

I was given a global word correcter that reads all types text i have made and corrects them.

Hm strange, a re-validation seems to have fixed it.....last time it didn't.... :/

happy it worked for you, i still today have to close the background application before playing any W,A,S,D games.

Do you know why only the WASD keys are locked and not others?

i set all my controls to default and i could move again, woud recomend

I apparently had a key logger on my computer which interrupted input to software, (spelling/ grammar software). Turning it off meant I could play games again.

So any issue I came across I resolved by removing the config file in general to resolve the issue. Go to C:\Users\Your profile\Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame. Rename the Config to .old and boot the game. All issues seems to have been fixed. I will did deeper into this with my files and compare and will possibly update later.

That's for KF2 only. KF1 doesn't have any additional files in Documents sections.
