Definately one of the voice commands:
"Dosh, grab it while it's hot!" (this line is spoken by TWI developer Alan Wilson)
And since money throwing in KF is a common-day thing you get to hear it pretty often.

It's also a reference to the song "Loadsofmoney" by Harry Enfield, who actually is a chacter in the game (DLC character, but still)

The term 'Dosh' has been around longer than you think. Around the 1950s. There is some debate on its origin though.

Some other unusual terms:

Moola
Readies
Wonga
Dough
Pony
Brass
Bread
Nicker
Quid

The ratio to borrowing and lending was way skewed with Wonga. It is seen as a joke firm with anyone with a functioning brain. Lend the price of game and pay the cost of a gaming PC back, such rip off merchants. Hope that is not in the KF2 for sure.

makes for some great tax havens for questionable money though... people aren't really supposed to use such things, they are just fronts

No, it's unusual for him cos he's an undereducated american. It doesn't occur to him the original English is spoken in........big spoiler.........England. He can only consider everything from his quite narrow point of view.
