The easiest way by far is having admin priviliges on a server.
If so, you can do so with a command :
(without the need to edit your Steam Account name,
keep in mind the name you've set as an admin is
automatically removed if you happen to crash / disconnect,
or whenever a match finishes and a new map gets loaded in)
admin setname *whatever name you like*
If you have no admin priviliges, the only way is by editing your
Steam Profile's name first, followed by a command in-game :
setname *same name as your Steam Profile*
If you happen to crash, (there's a chance at least) you will reconnect
as "Fresh Meat" instead of your usual name. You can rename back to
whatever your Steam Profile is named by using the "setname" command.
Worth mentioning that some servers do have mutators / mods which
display a player's country tag within their in-game username.
There is no way to get rid of a country tag, unless you play on a server
which does not run any of the Country Tag mutators / mods.
