[FIXED] Low FPS when playing on a multiplayer server
INFORMATIVE UPDATE IN MY LAST COMMENT BELOW

Hello to anyone active in this community
,When I play singleplayer I am running on a crisp 400+ fps, everything is smooth as butter.
When I play on a multiplayer server, my performances drop to 60-80 fps on all maps, including Steamland (as you know records the lowest fps performances generally).
I don't see any stress spikes or memory issues through task manager while playing either single or multiplayer, and I have tried playing on many servers.
My theory is that the ping difference itself just butchers the fps and the responsiveness of the game. When I am using a weapon with a full auto feature, I can't control the recoil at all - it seems to accumilates into a single spike released in a ping "rotation", while in singleplayer I can easily control recoil on the highest firerate weapons.
If anyone can offer a solution, a feedback, a point of thought, a personal experience, I'd be glad to read whatever :Alberts::Fistofdosh:.

Thanks for the reply, I'll try the second method first with the netspeed before going into deep changes in the .ini files as I already did a portion of it a week ago.
I will attach any results to this thread so that it stays accessible to others incase they need guidance.
Dedicated servers limit your FPS to 80-60.

UPDATE:
I fixed the issue.
In order to troubleshoot FPS limit and netspeed issues on high-end to those who already disabled MouseInputLag and such:
1. Go to - (..)\Steam\steamapps\common\KillingFloor\System\KillingFloor.ini
2. Edit with a Notepad.
3. CTRL+H and FIND: MaxClientFrameRate
4. REPLACE WITH: MaxClientFrameRate= Your preferred framerate
5. Save and close.
Choose Between the two paths based on my notes down below:
Path A:
A6. Launch Killing Floor.
A7. Open console with ~ key
A8. Type: "Set input (Key of your choice) netspeed 15000"
A9. Use that keybind each time you enter a game online.
Path B:
B6. Open the file "User.ini" in the same KillingFloor\System folder
B7. Find [Engine.Player]
B8. Change ConfiguredInternetSpeed to 15000
B9. Save and close.

NOTES:
* Path B sometimes doesn't sync properly between servers and you might need to use path A anyway with the keybind to Netspeed 15000.
* Do not set Netspeed or ConfiguredInternetSpeed to above that value, it will break the game eventually. 20000 is just wishing for something to break.

I set my MaxClientFrameRate to 144, the refresh rate I have for my monitor.
I set the keybind for netspeed 15000 to numpad9 in the meanwhile.
Highest setting, running 155 FPS on servers (since I set my FPS limit to 144, it goes only a bit above but no more).
To those with ping issues - setting to LAN/T1 (1Gbps Internet on my end) in settings helps enough, it is also advised to disable Dynamic Netspeed unless it does help you.
