Saint Patrick's Special allows to unlock Commando Chicken, right?
I've been trying to complete "This is No Ordinary Rabbit!" (Kill 25 Halloween Scrakes in Bedlam) but it's not progressing.
no mutator or anything else is active.

Make sure you're killing scrakes in KF_bedlam and that you are getting the killing blow on scrakes. You can always ask your teammates to leave the scrakes for you to kill towards the achievement. Use sharpshooter perk with xbow for the quick 1 hit headshots on beginner, normal and hard difficulty. The kill counter in your ingame profile will show the amount of scrakes killed.

That's unfortunately what most of us do know. The achievements in KF are notorious for being buggy/picky (*cough* dignity for the dead) so just keep at it. Wish there was more I can help you with... best wishes!

I haven't received an achievement since I maxed out all my perks a couple of years ago. Just finishing map achievements. No others like what you are trying to do.

Seeing how I was able to get it without any problems on my side account yesterday, I'm just stating the obvious since there is nothing wrong with the achievement. It is up to you to figure out your own problem if you don't want to use the search button for simple achievements. (verify your cache etc.)

The steam overlay doesn't keep track for you.
Use the in-game profile and achievements section and it will give you an actual number count.

Sorry I was telling OP as well, just forgot to quote his "tell me something i don't know" as he should search through forums for achievements not working or restart steam, reverify etc before posting.

like I said, S.patrick's special allows you to do this event achievements. look at my list of ach and see how I did the "That's no santa!" and all the summer ach this week.

I created a private server. played hard long bedlam with lvl6 FF. I got the achievement.
I'm pretty sure I didnt kill 25 sk.

Haha, speaking of achievements acting weird, I recently piped a 5-faked patriarch and got the "Kill 10 zeds with 1 pipe" achievement

I'll take that.
