Okay, 2 has more enemies right now, less maps, less perks and naturally less weapons, and is in early access. It's still really fun.
KF1 is completed. It has less enemies, but more maps, 1 more perk I think but many more weapons. Has proper workshop support.
But I enjoyed kf1 to death and still enjoy playing it. KF2; not so much...
"Kf2 may be fun but its not killing floor"
Kf2 id good too, but I don't find myself enjoying it as much, allthough the graphics are way better and there are more and scarier zeds..
But hey, sales are coming up- why don't you just buy both and find out for yourself? :D both are def worth the money!
Anyway, same as above: KF2 is more polished and updated, but KF1 is completed and has more maps to screw around in. I personally recommend KF1 first, and then KF2 in about a year when community maps really kick in plus more content is added.
Great mechanics auto rage, teleporting zeds, random stumbles, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ sounds (you can't hear zeds 5m away from you except Patty which you can hear across the map), nades don't even chain...
They can make a lot better mechanics in KF2 because the engine allows it, but the mechanics currently in the game are very shallow.
